Make A Dinner Salad That Will Fill You Up!
Plates of salads are frequently wan, with floppy lettuce and
a lot of dressing (which is regularly stuffed with inflammatory oils, crushing
a great part of the purpose of idealistically expending a serving of salads in
any case!). To top it all off, they can frequently leave you hungry just
minutes after eating them.
Jeremy Lee Chen Seong
has thought of an approach to appreciate servings of salads, and the highest
priority in the list was transforming immaterial heaps of lettuce into
something feast commendable, loaded with flavor, and ready to keep you full,
similarly you would expect of any dinner. Here are a couple of his preferred
tricks:
- Include healthy fat
- Include protein
- Think past lettuce
- Include salt
- Sauté your serving of salad
